Downeast Institute for Applied Marine Research and Education is based along the coast of Maine. It is a rapidly growing organization, developing new programs and research opportunities. For the organization, I designed two logos: for the Marine Science Summer Camp and Coastal Science Academy. I wanted to create a “family” of design elements that would connect DEI’s various initiatives. These elements carry over to a brochure highlighting the CSA program and a mailable rack card to advertise their annual summer camp.
